18 very different holes designed by James Braid, the course has a couple of risk and reward holes .... The 6th allows the long hitter to fire straight at the pin over the trees, and the 8th allows you to cut off as much of the corner over the river as you care to attempt. - Both giving a chance of birdie or bust. Many holes have hidden dangers with small hidden ditches criss crossing the rough. Although BRGC is a members course, green fee visitors and societies are welcome. There is a small spike bar, plus a large function room that can accomodate up-to 120 guests. On site there is a Golf shop with PGA pro, practice nets, putting green, chipping area and a driving range.
